The salt block made another appearance tonight. Just lemon, oil, garlic and basil on the salmon cooked on the Himalayan pink salt. Had it with a tasty pretzel roll that we toasted in the oven with a garlic herb butter.

Spinach and cheese omelet and COFFEE.

Guinness. A perfect pour every time.

Roasted heads of garlic in oven, smeared them on top of HOT Himalayan pink salt block, grilled filet cuts on top. The flavor was amazing. Served with red skins and spinach. #foodporn
